Deleting Messages
Deleting a single message
From the Home screen, tap

Access the desired message thread, touch and hold the

message bubble and select Delete message from the pop-
up menu.
At the prompt, tap OK to delete or Cancel to cancel.

Deleting multiple messages
From the Home screen, tap

Press
and then tap Delete threads.

Tap each message thread you want to delete. A checkmark

displays beside each selected message.
Tap Delete.

At the prompt, tap OK to delete or Cancel to end the

Message Search
You can search through your messages by using the Message
Search feature.
From the Home screen, tap

All messages that contain the entered search string display.

Messaging Settings
To configure the settings for text messages, multimedia
messages, Voice mails, and Push messages.
From the Home screen, tap

and then tap Settings.

The following Messaging settings are available:
• Message skin: choose a message display style.
Storage settings
• Delete old messages: deletes old messages automatically when
the message limit is reached, rather than providing an error
message.
• Text message limit: allows you to set a limit on the number of text
messages allowed in one conversation.
• Multimedia message limit: allows you to set a limit on the number
of multimedia messages allowed in one conversation.
Text message settings
• Delivery reports: allows you to request a delivery report for each
message sent.
