Please discard the used batteries as directed by your local environmental codes. ® How To Use the Health o meter Thermometer 1. Depress and release the “SCAN” button (about 1 second) to power ON the thermometer. The unit will perform a 1 second self test where all the LCD segments are displayed. - Page 7 2.
