    The Chrome Tone Wah has much more than the standard wah pedal offers. Three types of band pass (wah) filters are included, plus multiple low pass, high pass, and phasor filter configurations are available with 12, 24, and 36 dB/oct slopes.

    McDSP plug-ins are compatible with the entire Pro Tools™ 7 product line. Hardware McDSP plug-ins support any Digidesign or approved Third Party hardware supported in Pro Tools™ 7.x.     Each individual product must be registered (even if you have multiple copies), and it is recommended that the product be registered in a single persons name (i.e. not just the name of a studio). McDSP has no way to know who is currently working at a particular studio.     As of release 1.0, Chrome Tone does not offer any control linking capabilities. The Meters The Chrome Tone plug-In has peak metering for the output signal of the Wah, Tremolo, Chorus, and Amp plug-ins. The Stack configurations have a peak LED at the output of each stage.

    A Closer Look at the Chrome Tone Amp The Chrome Tone Amp incorporates the essential elements of a guitar amplification system into a single interface. Cabinet simulation, multiple distortion types, noise gating, compression and sustain circuits, EQ, and reverb are all included in the Amp configuration.

    Chrome Tone User’s Manual Chrome Tone Tremolo The Tremolo effect is the modulation of the volume (gain) of a signal path. This effect is common in guitar and keyboards, and a variety of other instruments. The beating, or volume movements can add life to an otherwise dull performance.
