If a problem occurs while using your mobile phone, refer to these troubleshooting guidelines
.
Problem
The phone cannot
connect to Internet
when using the
Browser or email
function.

Troubleshooting solutions
Probable Causes
Your network provider does
not offer this service or you
are not subscribed to this
service.
The phone is not setup
properly.
The touch screen is not
correctly calibrated.
Using the phone in improper
areas such as near high
buildings or in basements
affects operation of the
wireless radio.
Using the mobile phone
during a high traffic time. The
line maybe blocked and you
cannot talk.
Far distance from the base
station.
Bad network repeater
Bad signal
Standby time is related to
network system settings.
Battery needs to be changed.
The phone cannot receive
signal, causing the phone to
continuously to search for a
base station. This consumes
battery life and shortens the
standby time.
The battery is drained.
The SIM is broken.

of the SIM card.
