This manual has been prepared for the owner and operators of JET’S DC-1900C. Its purpose, aside from machine operation, is to promote safety through the use of accepted correct operating and maintenance procedures. Completely read the safety and maintenance instructions before operating or servicing the machine. - Page 3 WARNING Read and understand the entire contents of this manual before attempting assembly or operation. Assembly WARNING The dust collector must be disconnected from the power source during assembly, unplug. Failure to comply may result in serious injury! 1. Install four casters to the under side of the base as pictured in Fig. 1. Thread the hex nut (B, Fig. - Page 7 6. Place the gasket (A, Fig. 4) between the housing and connector tube. Line up the pegs on the gasket with the holes in the housing. 7. Attach the collector housing (B, Fig. 4) to connector tube with eight M8 x 20 hex cap bolts, sixteen M8 flat washers, and eight M8 hex nuts .
