Removing a Hotpoint 6140 built in oven. I **** wanting to install a new oven but I **** having problems removing the existing Hotpoint oven, I have removed the 4 retaining screws and the door and shelves but I can't get the oven to move. Is there another screw or fastening that I need to release before I can remove the oven?

After removing the retaining screws, door, and shelves, additional fastenings that may need to be released to remove a Hotpoint 6140 built-in oven include:

1. Electrical Connections – Ensure the oven is disconnected from the power supply by removing any hardwired connections or unplugging it if applicable.
2. Rear Fixings – Some built-in ovens may have additional securing brackets or screws at the back that need to be loosened.
3. Side Brackets or Clips – Check for any side-mounted securing brackets that may be holding the oven in place within the cabinet.
4. Ventilation or Trim Panels – If the oven has trim panels or ventilation covers, these may need to be removed to access any hidden fastenings.
5. Base Fixings – Some models may have securing screws or brackets at the base that need to be undone before sliding the oven out.

Carefully check the user or installation manual for specific fastenings that may need to be released before fully removing the oven from its housing.
