ERASING A TRACK FROM PROGRAM LIST
To erase a track from the program list, make sure that you are at "View:
Program" and "Prog Edit: On" as set up from the "View Filter" section.
1 Press [
] to go to the left pane of the menu screen.
2 Select the track you wish to erase from the program list. Press [ENTER].
3 Press [
] to go to the right pane of the menu screen. Use [
down to "Clear Program". Press [ENTER] – the selected programmed
track is deleted.
NOTES
Instead of selecting "Clear Program", a programmed track can also be
directly deleted by pressing the [CLEAR] key of the HTR 7 remote control.
Ensure that the "DEVICE SELECTOR" setting of your HTR 7 is set to "DVD".
To delete more than one or all programmed tracks, select the tracks one
by one by pressing [ENTER] each time. All tracks with "  " mark will be
deleted when [CLEAR] button is pressed (or "Clear Program" is selected).
RESUME NORMAL PLAYBACK
Make sure that you are at "View: Browser" as set up from the "View Filter"
section. Press [
] to go to the left pane of the menu screen. Press [ENTER]
or [
] (Play) to resume normal playback.

PLAYING MP3/WMA/JPEG

The VISO FIVE can play MP3/WMA formatted recordings on CD-R, or CD-RW
discs as well as view discs with JPEG files. You may mix any of the file types
on the disc.
Load the applicable disc. The OSD will display the folders or files as a list. Use
the HTR 7' s [
] keys to navigate through the folders or files. You must
be at stop mode to access folders on the left side of the menu window.
Press [ENTER] or [PLAY] to start playback. For each file type being played,
the file number is preceded by M", "W" or "J" to indicate the file being played
is a MP3, WMA or JPEG file.
ROTATE PICTURE
Press [
] keys during the showing of a picture to rotate the picture
90°, 180°, 270° and back to "No rotation" (original normal position).

TIMER SETUP

The following are the steps on how to setup the internal clock of the
VISO FIVE, setup the time you wish the VISO FIVE to be switched ON from
standby mode (ON TIME) or go to standby mode OFF (OFF TIME).
1 Press and hold the front panel [TIMER ON/OFF] button for more than
] to scroll
4 seconds. "TIME" is displayed in the VFD along with the current clock
settings – the "hour" value is blinking.
2 Use the [PRESET
3 Press [MEMORY] button to move on to "minute" setting – the "minute" value is
blinking. Use the [PRESET
4 Press [MEMORY] button to move on to "ON TIME" setting. Follow steps 2
and 3 above to setup your preferred ON TIME "hour" and "minute" settings.
5 Press [MEMORY] button to complete your "ON TIME" settings. "ON TIME
YES" will be displayed in the VFD. Use [PRESET
toggle between "ON TIME YES" and "ON TIME NO".
6 Press [MEMORY] button to select either "ON TIME YES" to enable the "ON
TIME" settings you have set up or "ON TIME NO" if you do not want to
enable your "ON TIME" settings.
7 "OFF TIME" is also setup the same way as that of "ON TIME".
TIMER INDICATOR SETTINGS
If you have selected "ON TIME YES" and/or "OFF TIME YES", a corresponding
color indicator will be illuminated in the upper left portion of the VFD –
GREEN indicates "ON TIME" setting is enabled; RED indicates that "OFF TIME"
setting is enabled. To directly turn off the enabled timer setting(s), toggle
TIMER ON/OFF button – the applicable color indicator is extinguished.
Toggle TIMER ON/OFF button again to enable your timer settings – the
corresponding color indicator is illuminated again.

AUTOMATIC POWER OFF FUNCTION

When at DVD mode, the VISO FIVE will automatically shut down and go to
standby mode if it is left at "NO DISC" status for 8 minutes.
