IMPORTANT: If you have tech support issues regarding installation or performance of the USB3 drivers, please contact the manufacturer of your operating system or motherboard. The USB3 software is not written by Aardvark. Rather, it uses the Standard USB audio drivers that come with your operating system (Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, or Mac OS). - Page 26 TROUBLESHOOTING: PROBLEM: My inputs work, but they are not recorded by my audio software SOLUTION: First, check to make sure the input select switch is in the appropriate position. If changing the input selector switch does not solve the problem, then the audio software you are using may have a different device assigned to record and play back audio.
