Polarized Glass-Out/Pre-Polarized Glass
removal

Remove 4 screws
upward from the optical unit.

Remove each screw
Note: Models PLC-XU37 and XU38 have a pre-polarized
glass for the green panel is mounted in front of the polarized
glass-out (G) as Fig.7-3.
Note:
Do not replace the LCD panel
separately otherwise it can
not obtain proper picture.
Optical Unit Top removal
1
Remove 9 screws to take the Optical Unit Top off upward.
and take the LCD/Prism ass'y off
and take the glass off upward.
