Troubleshooting

Do not perform any of the troubleshooting
suggestions while wearing the Pregnancy
Audio belt
If it appears that the sound level in "PRE"
setting is controlled by your audio source and
not by the Ritmo Audio Controller...

Switch the device to "POST" and back to
"PRE".
Increase the sound level of the audio source
to maximum in the "PRE" setting, the increase
should be heard for 5-10 seconds before
reducing. Note: the sound level of the "PRE"
setting may sound high when placed on a flat
surface due to acoustics in solid materials.
If the same issue persists, call Nuvo Care at
1-877-NUVO-CARE.
If you hear sound coming from the speakers
when wearing your Pregnancy Audio Belt.
Although we specially designed the acoustic
cell rings to minimize sound leakage,
sometime it will happen. This is normal and
can be compared to the sound leakage heard
from earphones.
