A Few Words About Safety You safety, and the safety of others, is very important. And operating the bass system safely is an important responsibility. To help you make informed decisions about safety, we have provided operating procedures and other information on labels and in this manual. - Page 3 NOTE: • The battery may be run down, preventing the bass system from functioning properly, if you set the speaker volume too loud for an extended period of time when the engine is at a stop or idling. • Never disassemble or modified the speakers or the bass and unit. If there is a problem such as; no sound or an unusual smell, stop using the bass system immediately and have it inspected and/or repaired by an authorized Honda dealer.

Sound Quality Adjustment The sound quality of this bass system is factory set for the best sound quality adjustment function. However, you can adjust the sound quality to your preference using the sound quality adjustment function on the audio unit. •... - Page 5 The initial setting is specified in the Installation Instructions. • Use a small phillips screwdriver to adjust. • Check the minimum and maximum adjustment positions before adjusting the sound quality/volume. • The sound can distort depending on the adjustment position. Adjust the sound quality to a position that does not cause sound distortion.
