A possible cause of no power and no lights when turning on the Zone Spark NEV-48 EX Premium could include:

1. Dead or Disconnected Batteries: The main battery pack may be discharged, not properly connected, or have a bad connection at the terminals.

2. Blown Main Fuse: The main fuse could be blown, cutting off power to the entire system.

3. Faulty Ignition Switch: If the ignition switch is broken or not making proper contact, it may prevent power from reaching the system.

4. Loose or Corroded Connections: Any loose, corroded, or damaged wiring or connectors in the power circuit can stop power from reaching the lights and controls.

5. Battery Disconnect Switch Off: Some vehicles have a master cutoff or battery disconnect switch that may be turned off.

6. Controller Failure: The electronic controller may have failed or is not receiving power.

Each of these should be inspected systematically to identify and resolve the issue.

Possible issues with the Zone Spark not starting after charging all night could include:

1. Battery Voltage Issues – If the 12V battery voltage is too low (e.g., 11.5V as mentioned), it may not provide enough power to start the vehicle.
2. Faulty Battery – A reconditioned or damaged battery may not hold a charge properly.
3. Grounding Problems – If components like the coil bracket are not properly bolted down, it could cause electrical issues.
4. Ignition System Issues – If the coil is faulty, it may prevent the vehicle from starting, even if there is sparking.
5. Component Communication Errors – If the vehicle's systems have trouble communicating, it may trigger warning messages and prevent startup.

Checking the battery voltage, ensuring proper grounding, and testing the ignition coil could help diagnose the issue.
