"Unsupported Audio."
The above error message
appears or the sound is not
normal even though the
image display is okay.
• Verify that the file replays normally on the video player in
the computer. (Check for damaged files.)
• Check that the audio codec is supported by the
computer.
• Verify that the bit rate is supported.
• Verify that the sample rate is supported.
