  • Page 4 If you still have a problem, you may need to check that Skype has granted access to your Jabra software. Click in the Skype “Tools” menu, select “Options” and then “Privacy” in the sidebar. Click on “Manage other programs’ access to Skype”.

    If you are using a laptop PC, make sure that it is connected to a power source in order to prevent it from running out of battery power during the update process. Start the “Jabra Device Firmware Updater” from All Programs->Jabra->Jabra PC Suite->Jabra Device Firmware Updater. Select Jabra A330 as the device and click on “Next”.
  • Page 10 Use the Browse button to tell the Jabra Device Firmware Updater where to find the .dfu file you downloaded and click the “Next” button. If the Windows “Found New Hardware Wizard” starts, then select “Yes, this time only”, and click on “Next”.
