Page 12: Preventative Maintenance
REMOVE FEED HOPPER LID and rinse thoroughly under running water. NEVER USE DISHWASHER. Feed hopper lid may be soaked in sanitizing lotion if desired. HAND WIPING or RINSING of the cutting compartment of the Mannhart Vebetable Cutter is recommended. Do not use pressure washer inside the cutting compartment. -
