Troubleshooting
Problem
No Power.
No sound.
The remote control does not
work properly.
Android device does not work. Connect your Android device to the unit correctly.
Bluetooth pairing does not
work well.

Correction
y Plug in the power cord.
y Check the condition by operating other electronic devices.
y Press PFUNCTION or 1/F and then check the selected function.
y Check whether operating system of your device is ver 4.1(or later).
y Check whether your device is supported by AOA 2.0.
y Adjust volume of your portable device.
y Operate the remote control within about 23 ft (7 m).
y Remove the obstacle in the path of the remote control and the unit.
y Replace the battery with new one.
y Switch Bluetooth off and on again on your Bluetooth device, then try
pairing again.
y Be sure your Bluetooth device is on.
y Remove the obstacle in the path of the Bluetooth device and the unit.
y Depending on the type of the Bluetooth device or surrounding
environment, your device may not be paired with the unit.
y When your Bluetooth device have been already connected with other
unit, disconnect the Bluetooth connection first. Then you can control
your unit through BT app.
y Depending on the Bluetooth device, BT app may work restrictively not
work.
y The connection you've made may be disconnected if you select other
application or change the setting of the connected device via BT app.
In such case, please check the connection status.
