    CLEANING In order to maintain the appearance of this hob, periodical cleaning is recommended. Wipe away any spills when they occur in order to prevent burned on deposits which can be difficult to remove. A. Stainless Steel Surface Use hot water and soap or non-chlorate deter- gent, applied with a soft cloth to remove most soiling and polish dry to avoid streaking.
