DESCRIPTION
Bitstream, down decodes Dolby True HD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS
Master HD formats to Dolby Digital or DTS signal type for availablity at
the Coaxal output. PCM, decodes all types of Dolby Digital and DTS audio
signals and sends them out as a 2 channel PCM Digital Signal. Off, switches
off all output from the coaxial jack.
Bitstream, passes the primary sound track original signal type (such as Dolby
True HD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS Master HD) to the HDMI Output
PCM, decodes all types of Dolby Digital and DTS audio signals and sends
them out as multichannel PCM Digital Signal. Off, switches off all Audio
Output from the HDMI Connector. Refer to page 34 for additional informa-
tion.
Refer to the Owner's Manual for the device connected to the MVP891 and
select the setting based on its capability.
Auto, compresses the Dynamic Range of Dolby encoded Sound Tracks when
the feature is supported on the given disc. On, reduces the dynamic range all
the time. Off, switches the dynamic range function.
