Step 24. Remove the Wi-Fi antenna from the front bezel.
Step 25. Detach the power board cable, front function board cable, front indicator board cable and LED
cable from the chassis.
Step 26. Push the pins out to release the chassis and lift the chassis up and set it aside.
Step 27. Remove the LED cable from the LED panel.
Step 28. Lift up the LED panel and lift it out to remove it.
Step 29. To install the new the LED panel:
a. Connect the LED cable to the LED panel.
b. Line up the chassis with the front bezel and reconnect the power board, front function board,
front indicator board and LED cables to the chassis.
c. Reattach the Wi-Fi antenna cables back to the front bezel.
d. Connect the converter cable to the LED panel.
e. Reconnect the touch cable to the touch control board.
f. Secure the new LED panel to the chassis with 4 screws.
g. Secure the chassis to the front bezel with the 9 screws.
h. Reinstall the motherboard, camera, TV-Tuner card, Wi-Fi card, TV scalar board, rear I/O
module, CPU, heat-sink, battery, system fans and the memory modules.
i. To get the best display quality for your monitor, adjust the PTV139 DIP switch settings on the
TV scalar board according the below chart for different panel models:
