Voicemail Notification

There are several ways your device alerts you to a new message:
By displaying a message on the screen.
By sounding the assigned ringer type.
By displaying at the top of your screen.
When you have a missed call or receive a new message (such as Voicemail, Text or Picture),
your device alerts you and displays a While you were out (
either new messages (Text and Picture) or missed calls.

New Voicemail Message Alerts

When you receive a new voice message, your phone alerts you and prompts you to call your
Voicemail.
To call your voicemail from any phone:
1. Dial your wireless phone number.
2. Enter your passcode.
Using the Menu on Your Device to Access Your Messages:
1. Press and touch
2. Enter your passcode.
Note You are charged for airtime minutes when you are accessing your voicemail from your
wireless device.
To display your Missed Log:
1. Press and touch History (
2. Touch the entry's phone number to dial it.
