heater will not turn on tried unplugging for 5 min turning back on heater clicks but wont turn on are these still sold and where

The Twin-Star International CFS-750-11 heater may not turn on due to the following reasons:

1. Thermal Protector Tripped – Turn all switches to the "OFF" position, unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and try again.
2. Heater Function Locked – Hold the heater switch to reset.

This switch must be lit for any of the functions to work. NOTE: Holding the POWER button on the control panel for 10 seconds will disable the heater function.

    MAINTENANCE OF MOTORS • The motors used on the fan and the flame generator assembly are pre-lubricated for extended bearing life and require no further lubrication. However, we recommend periodic cleaning/vacuuming of the fan/heater • Make sure the unit is turned OFF and unplugged whenever you are cleaning the heater or fireplace.
