Note: As with any radio

transmitting device, avoid touching

the antenna area unnecessarily

while the antenna is transmitting or

receiving. Contact with such an

antenna affects the communication

quality and may cause the device to

operate at a higher power level than

otherwise needed and may reduce

the battery life.

■ Access codes

The security code supplied with the device helps to protect

your device against unauthorised use. The preset security

code is 12345.

You can change the code, and set the phone to request the

code. For more details, see

the code secret and in a safe place separate from your

phone.

If you forget the code and your phone is locked, your

phone will require service and additional charges may
