SPECIAl SAFETY MEASURES Regularly clean the pot, because fat and other products that accumulate inside the pot can cause fire. Never pour water into hot oil. Never move the appliance when it is in use or immediately after its use when the appliance itself and oil (cheese, chocolate) are still hot, because there is always a possibility of you stumbling.
