Charging instructions:

* Connect it with 12V DC power. Red LED on: working.
* With 5V DC & 12V DC dual voltage output

* Noise & Ripple ≤ 50 mV
* The maximum of the insulating resistance: 100M (measured with the voltage of

Cautions:
