SETTING UP PLAY BACK FUNCTIONS
6. Select the desired sub menu by pressing the UP (
- ONE IMAGE : This protects a single image.
- ALL IMAGES : This protects all the images on the CF CARD.
7. Press the OK button and the PROTECT setting display will show on the LCD monitor.

- LOCK : Sets up the PROTECT function.
- UNLOCK : Discards the protect function
8. If you select [ONE IMAGE] in step 6, the other image can be protected by pressing the
LEFT(
) / RIGHT(
9. Pressing the MENU button clears the menu display and the LOCK indicator will show on
the LCD monitor as shown below.
There is no indicator when the UNLOCK
function has been selected.
Reference
An image in LOCK mode will be protected from [DELETE] or [DELETE ALL] functions, but
will NOT be protected from the [FORMAT] function.
