- Page 3 When unpacking your Digital Scale, check to make sure that the product is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken, please call HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS at: 1-800-444-3353. Your Digital Scale requires no assembly. It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the product BEFORE you use the Digital Scale.
