Page 2 Use the right product for the job. There are certain applications for which the Fish Scale was designed. Do not modify the Fish Scale and do not use the Fish Scale for a purpose for which it was not intended.
Page 3 Figure 1. The Fish Scale can be held by hand or hung from the loop at the top of the Scale. Place the fish onto the Hook. Press the Hold Button down while the fish is being weighed; the Hold Indicator light will go on-see Figure 2.
Page 4: Troubleshooting
Press down on the release tab on the back of the Fish Scale to open the Battery Compartment. Insert one 9V battery (not included) and line up polarity with the markings indicated in the Battery Compartment. When the Battery is running low, the LCD readout will show a picture of a battery. This indicates that the battery needs replacing.
