ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 5: Remove the grill head unit from carton, place onto cart from above as shown on diagram (below). And secure to cart frame. Caution!!! ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 7: Attach the left door handle using 4pieces 3/16x10mm philips head screws. Then attach right door handle using 4 pieces 3/16x10mm philips head screws. STEP 8: Attach the hinge pin in bottom of right side door into hole at the bottom right front cart leg, then align door with right side door bracket.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 11: Attach the grease collector into slide rails under firebox from back of grill. Place the grease tray into rails on grease slide. STEP 12: Attach the tool drawer into front opening under control panel by dropping roller wheels into side channels.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 13: Place the heat distribution plates on lower level of grill body assembly directly above burners. Place porcelain cast iron cooking grills on support ribs directly above heat distribution plates. Place warming rack in grooves so that it sits above the cooking grills. STEP 14: Unscrew the ignition battery cap.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 15: Attach propane gas tank to regulator inlet fitting by turning the regulator clockwise as shown in figure below. LP gas cylinder must be fitted with a listed overfill prevention device (OPD). Secure liquid propone gas cylinder to the slide out tray using the gas cylinder retention screw.
