    Keypad Lock Keypad Lock The i550plus phone includes a Keypad Lock feature that enables you to quickly lock the phone’s keypad to avoid inadvertently pressing keys or placing calls. It is highly recommended that you activate your Keypad Lock while your phone is on but not in use to avoid inadvertent 911 emergency calls.

    Storing Names and Numbers This programming function allows you to store up to 100 names, phone numbers and Private ID numbers. Your i550plus phone will automatically assign the next available Speed Dial number, which you can change. Once you have stored an individual, you can call them by scrolling through the list and finding their name, using the Speed Dial number or using Nextel Direct Connect (see “Nextel Direct Connect®”...

    Press o under “Hold”. Place the second call. Repeat steps to toggle between calls. Call Forwarding Nextel’s Call Forwarding features forward calls to the number you designate. There are four versions of Call Forwarding available: Using Call Forwarding For All Calls When this service is turned on, all calls will be sent automatically to the number you select.
