FAQ

If you experience any of the following difficulties in using NTG-1, use the following
guide for help. Should any problem persist, contact with Neonumeric Customer
Service.
Symptoms Possible Reasons Analysis
Fail to power on. Low Power.
Power off shortly Low Power.
while power on. HOLD switch locked.
No sound The volume is 0.
output. Earphone isnt connected well.
Keystroke void. HOLD switch locked.
Fail to connect USB Cable isnt connected correctly.

Remedy
Charge battery through Adapter.
Charge battery through Adapter.
Unlock HOLD switch.
Turn up the volume.
Connect earphone correctly.
Unlock the HOLD switch.
Connect USB Cable correctly.
Install the driver. (Please refer to
utilities Installation for details.)
Check the system settings whether
be accordance with requirements.
