Update your podcast library
Once you have subscribed to podcasts ( p. 144), you can
easily update your library to listen to the latest episodes. To
update your podcast library,

Tap Start > Podcast.

Tap Update.

Tap podcasts you want to update.

Tap Done > Done.
Qik
Qik allows you to easily broadcast live videos over the internet.
You can share your live video with others or store the video so
your friends and family can view it later.
