Charging the Battery Your player has an integrated, rechargeable, lithium-polymer battery. Before using the player for the first time, you must charge the battery for 2.5 to 3 hours. Using the USB cable, plug the unit directly into an available USB port in your computer (the computer must be on).

Some video files may need to be converted to an AVI file before they will play. A video converter tool can be found on the MPA-20011S support page at www.polaroid.com. The video convert tool can be used to convert video files to the proper AVI format.
