Useful functions

Repeat play
REPEAT
Repeat play between two desired points (➜ page 17, A-B repeat play).

Advanced surround
A surround sound effect can be made using 2 speakers (on other equipment).
≥ For discs recorded with surround sound signals, the surround signals also appear to be heard from the side.
≥ Turn the surround feature on the connected equipment off.
≥ Optimum seating position is 3 to 4 times the distance between the front left and right speakers or the
width of the television if using the television speakers.
A.SURROUND
When using headphones, press [2] and use [3 4] to select "HP".

≥ To cancel the screen, press [ANGLE].
≥ The rotation angle is cancelled when the unit is turned off or the lid is opened.
