Before hooking up your 8008X3B you
must
decide if you will use the single
ended or balanced input, either
may be used with similar perfor-
mance. Your 8008X3B was shipped
to you with a jumper between pins 1
and 3 on each of the XLR connec-
tors. To use the amplifier in single
ended (RCA Inputs) mode, leave the
jumper in place on the three XLR
connectors. To use the amplifier in
balanced (XLR inputs) mode, remove
the jumper on the three XLR connec-
tors. For proper jumper installation,
refer to figure at right.
INPUT
CONNECTION
Using appropriate RCA or XlR cables. connect your
surround sound source to the corresponding Inputs on the
back of your 8008X3B. Consult your authorized Aragon
dealer for his or her recommendations on cables and
speaker wire.

OUTPUT CONNEcnON
Before connecting your 8008X3B to the loudspeakers
make sure that the power Is off. For simple connection your
amplifier is equipped with five-way binding posts, Using
appropriate speaker cable connect each of the three out-
puts of the 8008X3B to the corresponding speaker inputs,
