Page 2: Install The Inverter
Perform a tug check on each wire to verify proper insertion. AC input Figure 4 NOTE: In the PVP1100 unit, Line 1 is the only phase voltage wire, Line 2 is the neutral, and Line 3 is the AC Ground. Wire the DC circuit(s). - Page 3 Commission the Inverter When you turn on the Inverter for the first time, complete these steps in the following sequence: Make sure the Inverter is disconnected from the input source(s) by verifying both AC/DC disconnects are open. Verify DC Voc voltages are within specified ranges as determined by the system design.
- Page 4 Start Up the Inverter Turn the AC breaker ON. (upper left corner of front panel) Verify that the RED LED is illuminated Confirm that the PV array open circuit voltage is at or below the level specified in table 2.4 of the Installation and Operations Manual. Turn the DC disconnect ON .
