Your Zhumell binoculars are built with the highest-quality optics and top- notch construction to provide years of reliable functionality, but will require proper care.
  • Page 5 CARING FOR YOUR ZHUMELL SIGNATURE BINOCULARS WARNINGS • Never look at the sun through your binoculars. Doing so can cause permanent damage to your eyes, including blindness. • Always be sure your binoculars are properly mounted, secured to a neck strap, or stored.
  • Page 6 CARING FOR YOUR ZHUMELL SIGNATURE BINOCULARS CARE • When cleaning binocular lenses, use the included lens cloth or other soft, lint- free cloth. Remove any visible dust or debris by blowing or using a lens brush. • To remove smudges or prints, rub gently in a circular motion with a lens cloth or other soft cotton cloth.

    USING YOUR ZHUMELL SIGNATURE BINOCULARS To get the most from your Zhumell binoculars, be sure to understand and properly use these features. Doing so will lead to the most satisfying experience possible from your new optical equipment. INTERPUPILLARY DISTANCE Interpupillary distance is the distance between the eyepieces of a binocular. Easy adjustment will ensure that your binoculars are giving you the view you want.
  • Page 8 USING YOUR ZHUMELL SIGNATURE BINOCULARS CENTRAL AND DIOPTER FOCUS Your Zhumell binoculars have both a central focus and a right diopter focus , which allows for greater control over your view. To bring your binoculars into focus, follow these steps: Start by setting the diopter ring on the right eyepiece to zero ( - ), then select a distant object to view.
  • Page 9 USING YOUR ZHUMELL SIGNATURE BINOCULARS ADJUSTING THE ROTATING EYECUPS Rotating adjustable eyecups are designed to facilitate quick, easy adjustments and readily provide plenty of eye relief for users with eyeglasses. Rotate the eyecups counter-clockwise to increase the eye relief, and clockwise to move your eyes closer to the lenses.

Please be sure to attach the next strap properly for maximum safety and effectiveness.
  • Page 11 USING YOUR ZHUMELL SIGNATURE BINOCULARS If you wish to attach the rain guard (one-piece eyepiece guard) to the neck strap, push the neck strap through the left slot of the rain guard before attaching the neck strap to the attachment point on the left barrel of your binoculars.
