    During the one year warranty period, if your scale fails to work properly when used under normal conditions, Scales USA will repair, or at our option, replace it without charge. The Scales USA user has to pay the shipping charge to send the defective scale with the receipt of purchasing back to us and we will pay the cost of shipping to return the repaired or replaced scale to user.
