     Function Explanation ANSWERING A CALL ANSWERING With the HANDSET 1. When a call comes in, the handset will ring. The TEL indicator, dialing buttons and handset indicators will flash. 2. Begin your conversation by pressing any key on the handset.

     CHARGING The BATTERY Use the adaptor 12V 300mA included for efficient battery charging of the ALCON-883BH Handset battery. Simply plug the adaptor into the socket of the handset battery and it will automatically begin charging. It is best to charge between 8 and 10 hours at a time. You can charge the battery separately or when placed inside the handset unit.
