SET UP SAFETY 3-POINT LIFT TYPE SET UP Loosen A-Frame and Lift Assembly to upright position. Remove Bolt and Nut at top of A-Frame. Back braces that were bolted to the outside of the upright arms should be moved to the inside of the upright arms and loosely tightened to the top of A-Frame.
Adjust only to provide sufficient torque to prevent slippage under normal conditions. Occasional slippage is normal for drive train protec- tion. If satisfactory results cannot be obtained, consult your Kodiak dealer. IMPORTANT DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN NUT AND CAUSE SPRING TO BECOME SOLID, AS THIS WILL CAUSE SHAFT TO FAIL.
