Stereo Generator User Manual Overview All Horizon rack mounting transmitters can be fitted with an internal stereo generator. Generation of the composite stereo baseband signal is accomplished by a digital signal processor (DSP). The DSP ensures accurate generation of the main, subcarrier and pilot tone. All critical bandpass filtering is performed by the DSP as well as pre-emphasis.
