Raleigh Array with suntour motor. An error code is not displayed, but the light indicating the power level flashes on and off in a regular rhythm (it is not a loose connection flicker). The power output is greatly reduced and not affected by changing power levels. Evans cycles cannot diagnose the fault as they claim not to have the correct diagnostics. Raleigh suggest checking connections, but they can't think beyond the possibility of a loose electrical connection, which, I believe is not the case. I have, nevertheless checked connections and they all appear to be fine.

The flashing power level light and reduced power output in a Raleigh Array electric bicycle with an SR Suntour motor could be caused by one of the following:

1. Battery temperature out of range (E12) – If the battery is too hot or too cold, power output may be reduced. Wait for the battery to return to a normal temperature range.

2. Motor temperature out of range (E13) – If the motor is extremely hot or cold, it may cause reduced performance. Wait until it reaches normal temperature.

3. Drive battery issues (E21) – Overcurrent, low voltage, or overvoltage can trigger power reduction. Restart the system after a 10-second interruption to see if the issue resolves.

Check the display for these error codes and follow the recommended steps to reset or wait before contacting a dealer.
