Limited Warranty and Service Your Red Rose Music preamplifier is warranted to be free of defects for five years after original purchase. If the preamplifier fails to perform within original specifications during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our option. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by physical abuse to the amplifier, or unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anybody except Red Rose Music or its dealers, distributors, importers or designated service agents.
