Chapter 1 Safety Precautions This symbol indicates important instructions accompanying the product. This symbol indicates dangerous voltage inside the product that presents a risk of electric shock or personal injury. Warning • To reduce the risk of ﬁre or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.

The appa- ratus must not be exposed to any kinds of liquid. And no objects ﬁlled with liquids, such as vases, must be placed on the apparatus.

Disconnect the antenna cable from digital receiver dur- ing lighting storms. Earthing: The antenna cable must be earthed . Chapter 2 Introduction This STB is fully compliant with the international DVB stan- dard and thus transmits digital images, sounds, information guides and teletext directly to your TV through the satellite broadcasting. Now you can comfortably see and receive digitally transmit- ted music, news, movie and sports satellite broadcasts in your ofﬁce or at your home.

Chapter 4 Operation 4.1 Getting Started Press the power button to operate the STB from the STANDBY mode. Now, the Information Box will appear for a given time and disappear. By pressing the information but- , the Information Box will remain on the screen. The display time of the Information Box is adjustable in the Sys- tem Setting menu of the Main menu.
