Two Year Warranty - J&M Corporation JMCB-2003 Owner's Manual

J&M Corporation warrants each new product it manufactures to be free
from defective materials and workmanship and agrees to remedy any
such defect or replace the unit (at our option), provided the unit is deliv-
ered to us, intact, for our examination, with all transportation charges
prepaid to our factory, within two (2) years from the date of the sale to
the original purchaser. The provisions of the warranty shall not apply to
any unit which has been subject to misuse, neglect, incorrect mechani-
cal or electrical installation, unauthorized modifications, accident, nor to
units which have been repaired or altered outside of our factory.
