- Page 3 No Digitizing In the Editcam system, clips are recorded onto removable media called FieldPak. Once a FieldPak is inserted into an adapter, the clips are directly accessed by the Avid nonlinear editor. It is this ability to edit on the same media that the camera records to that frees the user from the time consuming process of digitizing.
