SET-UP Inserting batteries in the handset Open the battery compartment cover. Place the new batteries in the compartment. Make sure that the polarity is correct! Close the compartment. Remove the protective film from the display, place the handset in the base unit in order to fully charge the batteries. The charging icon is activated on the display and shows you the charging status.
SET-UP Charging status of the battery The charging status of the batteries appears in the display. The number of bars show the charging status of the battery (" " flat, " " charged). When the batteries are almost flat, display back lighting is deactivated and a warning tone is emitted.

PHONEBOOK PHONEBOOK You can store up to 100 contacts in your phonebook. Each entry can contain the name of your contact as 12 characters (including spaces) and their telephone number as 24 numbers. You can associate a different ring with each entry and so create your own call groups.
PHONEBOOK Viewing a phonebook entry This function allows you to view the data for your contact. Go to »Menu« / »Phonebook« / »Option«, (you can access the phonebook directly by pressing the » « key).
