- Page 5 Installing SuperTips onto Your Headphones To install, with the rounded end facing out, slide SuperTips onto the earpipe of your headphones, making sure they are pushed on until completely seated. If the earpipes on your headphones are narrow and the SuperTips are loose and don’t stay on, use the included adaptors.
- Page 6 Proper Headphone Insertion Proper insertion of your headphones into your ears will make the difference between good sound and great sound. With SuperTips providing the right seal, you’ll get better isolation from unwanted outside noise, increased bass response, better tonal balance and your headphones will stay in your ears better.
- Page 7 Fit Testing A good way to gauge whether or not the SuperTip is sealing properly in your ear canal is by snapping your fingers right next to your ear. If the seal is proper, your ear will not feel “plugged,” yet the snapping of your fingers will sound dull and distant.
- Page 8 Cleaning SuperTips Keeping your SuperTips clean is essential for safe, hygienic use. IMPORTANT: DO NOT attempt to clean the SuperTips without first removing them from your headphones. Getting the delicate circuitry inside your headphones wet may cause permanent damage. SuperTips Gel 1.
- Page 9 SuperTips Foam Because foam is an absorbent material, extra care should be used cleaning them to avoid water soaking into the tip. You should not clean them in the same manner as SuperTips Gel. Do NOT use cleaning agents and do not submerge SuperTips Foam.
