Others cannot hear you speaking on a call
• E nsure that you are not covering the built-in microphone.
• E nsure that the microphone is close to your mouth.
Sound echoes during a call
Adjust the volume or move to another area.
Audio quality is poor
You may have connectivity problems due to issues with the mobile device's network
connections.
The battery icon is empty
Your battery is low. Recharge the battery.
The battery does not charge properly (For Samsung-approved
chargers)
• E nsure that you place the device on the charging dock and connect the dock to the
charger properly.
• I f the charging terminals are dirty, the battery may not charge properly or the device may
turn off. Wipe both gold-coloured contacts and try charging the battery again.
• T he batteries in some devices are not user-replaceable. To have the battery replaced, visit
a Samsung Service Centre.
The battery depletes faster than when first purchased
• W hen you expose the device to very cold or very hot temperatures, the useful charge
may be reduced.
• B attery consumption increases when you use some applications.
• T he battery is consumable and the useful charge will get shorter over time.
