SECTION 1 - OPERATION INFORMATION OPERATION INFORMATION Destination /Characteristic Intercom IC-15 is planned for installation in light-, and ultralight aircraft, with 2 or 4 -person on-board: pilot and co-pilot, or pilot and passenger or pilot and 3 passengers Unit design facilitates installation in vertical or horizontal position, in separate panel or in aircraft instrument panel.
SECTION 1 - OPERATION INFORMATION Front Panel: Adjustment Procedure: For correct adjustment, the given below sequence of proceeding must be observed. - initial settings: set the VOLUME control knob to the mid of range. Set the SQ knob of VOX system activation threshold adjustment to maximum available clockwise position.

SECTION 1 - OPERATION INFORMATION are equipped with extra volume control. In such case: in first instance set the volume control to mid of range , than adjust the overall intercom volume, after which each crew member can adjust the volume individually at his own headset. With intercom overall volume set to maximum, certain headset models may retune the intercom microphone channel.
SECTION 1 - OPERATION INFORMATION All adjustments are to be done once, and corrected slightly if necessary. There is no need for often corrections e.g. before each flight. Pilot Isolate Switch ALL/ISOL: Function ISOL is for isolation of pilot from co-pilot (passenger) e.g. for radio transmission.
Intercom IC-15 renders possible connection of mobile phones: at input No 1 Nokia 3210; 3310; 3330; 5210; 6510; 8210; 8310; 8850; and compatible with these models, and on input No 2: Nokia 6310 and compatible with this model, also produced by other manufacturer.
SECTION 2 - SERVICING INFORMATION SERVICING INFORMATION Installation: When selecting the intercom location, following aspects are to be taken into account: service accessibility, available space in, or under the accessory-, or instrument panel, control stick, or –wheel travel included! Intercom must be installed in a way not interfering with any other object, in particular with movable details of e.g.

SECTION 2 - SERVICING INFORMATION Installation in the aircraft The mounting washers are used to support the intercom block so, that the block rests with all area of its front face against mounting panel. If the aircraft mounting panel is thick enough, to allow the intercom front face to rest on it, there is no need for spacing washers.
