Limited warranty

JH audio provides a limited warranty against poor fitting aerous VX series Headsets for
a period of 30 days from the original shipping date. material defects or workmanship
issues in either the external shell or internal components are covered for a period of
2 years from the original shipping date. damage or breakage due to use contrary to
JH audio instruction, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident,
unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of any part of the product is not
covered by the warranty, nor is the cord.
aerous VX series Headsets can be repaired if necessary. repair estimates are available
upon request. If your aerous VX series Headset needs warranty service or repair,
contact customer service at 866-485-9111. Please return product in original
packaging or a similarly protective package.
